the credit card information you input before it is forwarded to us, preventing
others from accessing your private information during the process. Your credit card won't be charged until order is shipped.
We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe.
This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card
as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing
Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent
charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we
will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will
only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card
resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using
the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card,
you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting
rules and procedures."

Taxes |
ZoommaniaA shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales
tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Pennsylvania.
Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other
taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

| RETURN
POLICY |
ZoommaniA.com offers a 10 day Return Policy starting on the day when the
merchandise is received by a customer, so buy with confidence! You may
return an item, excluding any shipping and Handling charges, within a
period of ten (10) days according to the following guidelines:
1. All returns must be doubled boxed (manufacturer's box inside a shipping
box) and authorized by ZoommaniA.com. Please contact our customer service
department for return authorization number and instructions prior to shipping
merchandise back. Enclose the original receipt or a copy of it with your
return. Also enclose a brief letter of explanation of return and state
your request for either a refund or an exchange. Please include the authorization
number on this letter and not on the outside of the box. Never write anything
on the manufacturer's box.
2. Refunds, exchanges and returns may only be made within 10 days of receiving.
the merchandise if return is in original mint (brand new).
3. Returns of non-defective opened merchandise are subject to a minimum 15% restocking
fee.
4. All returns will not have a restocking fee if provided merchandise
is returned in unopened condition (brand new) within 10 days! If the package
is opened there is a minimum 15% restocking fee.
5. Any product, which appears to have an initial defect within 10 days
of delivery, may be returned for a replacement (for the identical model
only) without being subject to any restocking fees.
6. RMA numbers are valid 10 days and the product must reach our warehouse
before then. A delay will result in complete forfeiture of your credit.
Products sent back without valid RMA numbers will not be accepted.
7.
Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be REFUSED.
8. Make sure to insure the package. ZoommaniA.com cannot be responsible
for lost or damaged packages.
9. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns.
10. Shipping and handling expenses are non-refundable (including all refused
and unaccepted packages).
11. All merchandise must be returned in original manufacture packaging.
12. All supplied manufacture accessories must be included in original
factory packaging when returning the item. Failure to return all or any
supplied accessories will result in complete forfeiture of your credit
13. Original manufacturers warranty cards and paperwork must be blank.
14. Claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Customer
is responsible for inspecting merchandise contents and condition within
those 5 DAYS.
15. No partial returns when buying with Pakaged deals: Everything including the camera and/or camcorder must be returned. WE ARE WILLING TO EXCHANGE ANY DEFECTIVE ACCESSORIES. All returns are subject to inspection.
16. In the event any of these conditions are not adhered to, we reserve
the right to either refuse the return, or to charge a nominal restock
fee of no less than 15% depending on the condition of the returned merchandise.
17. Returns typically take 5-7 business days to process, and credits should
be posted within 14 days of receipt. Please note that we are not responsible
for returns lost by the shipping company.

| Restocking
fees |
There is a restocking fee of 15% on all returns for refund, unless waived
by our Customer Support Agent. Zoommania is not responsible for manufacturer
defects. ZoommaniA is not a manufacturer, but we are willing to replace
a defective item. If a refund is requested instead of a replacement, a
15% restocking fee will apply. Wondering why? Claiming "defective"
is the easy way out of a restocking fee just because you simply don't
want the item. For this reason all defective items will be thoroughly
inspected. And if found defective, will be replaced (RMA type repair).
Defective item
ZoommaniA is not responsible for manufacturer defects. Any product, which
appears to have an initial defect within 10 days of delivery, may be returned
for a replacement (for the identical model) without being subject to any
restocking fees. Since we are not the manufacturer, we split the shipping
cost with the customer. The customer pays for shipping back to us and
we pay for shipping back to you. Similar to a walk-in store, ZommmaniA
will not send a driver or courier to your house to pick up a defective
item you bought in their store. We will not reimburse you for your time
and gas money spent to drive back to the store either. However, ZoommaniA.com
will use every good measure we have to ensure that you will be able to
get the item replaced promptly with as little hassle as possible.

| Shipping
Policy |
All orders are processed upon receipt.
Normal processing can take 24-48 hours, and upon verification & approval,
your merchandise is shipped out immediately. ZoommaniA offers convenient
shipping methods for delivery within the continental United States only.
Please keep the following in mind when choosing a delivery method: shipping
times represent the time it normally takes your package to arrive from
the day we actually send it out, not from the day you submit your order.
Additionally, processing & shipping times do not include non-business
days (i.e., Saturdays, Sundays, & holidays). For example, an order
for FedEx 2nd day delivery placed on Thursday could take until Tuesday
to arrive at its destination, assuming processing is completed within
24 hours and the package ships out on Friday (Friday + 2 business days
= Tuesday). It could take longer if the order cannot be processed in time
to be shipped out on Friday. The same is true for the other delivery options.
The tracking number is automatically e-mailed to you and after the package
leaves our warehouse, you may check its status online at www.fedex.com
or via phone at 1800 GO FEDEX.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES policy |
If the address to which your order is being shipped differs from your
billing address (the address to which your monthly credit card statement
is sent), please use the toll-free number on the front or back of your
card to contact your credit card company and create an "Alternate
Shipping Address", which is simply a note on your account authorizing
purchases that are delivered to a destination other than your billing
address. This is a new policy of most Credit Card Companies that must
be adhered to, both by ZoommaniA and other Credit Card Company customers.
It is designed to protect the customer from fraudulent use of his/her
credit card account. It is in your best interest to call your Credit Card
Company and notify them of your other delivery address so that your order
can be authorized and shipped to you as quickly as possible. If you do
not call your Credit Card Company to notify them that you are using a
different shipping address for an order, your order may be delayed. Our
Credit Department will place the order on hold and call the billing contact
person for the card. If the billing contact person cannot be reached to
verify the order, your order may be delayed.

Often, we have to contact a customer in order to resolve a problem with
verification of credit card information, or clarify some other billing
or address issue. Please be advised that while we will always do our utmost

an unconfirmed state indefinitely. If we cannot contact you within 3 business
days of receipt of your order, the order will be canceled, so please be

Protection Department |
Some orders are subject to ZoommaniA verification procedure which means
that, for your protection from credit card fraud or identity theft, we
may ask you to verify that you're the card owner or that the order and
ship-to information is legitimate. This process rarely delays an order,
and generally requires either a simple call-back (which can be done after
business hours) or a fax. If your order requires verification, we will
advise you by phone or e-mail. This is why it's important that you leave
both day and home phone numbers when ordering and that you keep your information
current. It is also important that you understand what we mean by "bill
to" information. The "bill to" address is the address to
which your bank mails your monthly credit card statement. The "bill
to" address which you give us must agree with the address that the
bank (issuing your credit card) has on file. Please be sure you provide
the correct information, even if the items are to be shipped to a different
location. We regret that this is necessary, but it is designed to protect
the card owner as well as the retailer.

| Product
Warranties |
USA means that we purchased the camera from the company's representative
here in the USA. Therefore the manufacturer's warranty is applicable.
Direct Import means that we bought the product from a private distributer
who purchased it directly from the overseas manufacturer. The item is
not covered by the manufacturer's warranty, because the manufacturer's
authorized agent or representative did not import that item into the USA.
The benefit is that this cuts out the middle man, so that we can offer
the camera at a better price.
What kind of warranty is available?
Any "import" item we sell includes a Repair Tech warranty which
covers the same particulars the USA warranty would cover, and for the
same duration (usually for 1 year). The only difference is that you would
ship the item to Repair Tech for warranty service, all
you need is the sales invoice for the camera.
What are the differences between the two?
There are no differences between the actual camera's looks, specifications,
or features, because they are manufactured in the same factory, using
the same assembly line and materials. The only difference is the serial
number sequences.
